As a teenager, Lele Matthews migrated with her family to the United States from Vietnam, fleeing the aftermath of communism and in search of the American dream. While attending public high school in Bridgeport, still learning American customs and the English language, she took time to aid her city and school system by volunteering as an intern at the Bridgeport Curriculum Center under her mentor, the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning. Here, she assisted the staff, administration, and teachers in improving their technology skills while simultaneously developing a passion for business, technology, and its role in improving the function of people's lives.
This passion turned into a career as a technical visionary and leader. Lele has worked with companies from multiple industries in both the public and private sectors, as well as organizations in education, municipal, and healthcare. She began her technology career as an IT consultant and has held multiple roles, progressing from IT help desk to help desk manager, project manager, and project technical lead. Her career has culminated in her current role as Director, Cloud.
In addition to her job experience, she is multi-lingual, speaking 3 different languages (Chinese, Vietnamese, and English). She has passed numerous industry exams and has multiple certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, VMWare, etc.
Outside of her technology career, Lele has been involved in multiple real estate and commercial property businesses and investments.
At home, Lele has a loving husband and 3 kids. Her family is extremely involved in the local community. She is a devoted mom who proudly volunteers and watches her children as they are extremely involved in the Soccer, Robotics, gymnastics, and martial arts communities.

Hello, my name is Dana Gargano, CEO of Network Synergy. We've been serving the Connecticut area since 1988. As a business owner, I feel a lot of similar pain points as you. Just like you, I know how much of a hassle it can be dealing with IT troubles. It's expensive, it's time consuming, and it's downright frustrating. You pay your employees to work, but if their workstations aren't working or the server is unreachable, they can't do their jobs.
